The year 2018 was marked by the anniversary of the great Russian actor Mikhail Semyonovich Shchepkin. We decided to celebrate the 230th anniversary of the founder of the Russian drama school with an unusual video project called «The Link of Times». In today's repertoire of the theatre there are many performances that once brought fame to Shchepkin. We asked the artists, who inherited his roles, to recite short pieces and made videos. Today we invite you to watch the monologue of the Governor from Nikolai Gogol's comedy «The Government Inspector» performed by Honored Artist of Russia Viktor Nizovoy. Directed by Denis Brodskiy.
