It looks like a quiet country guesthouse, and in fact it is a very expensive hospital for the mentally ill was shaken by the mysterious murder of a young nurse. Police inspector Richard Foss takes over the investigation. Once inside this mysterious institution, the inspector tries to understand what is really hidden behind its luxurious facade.
